“ This is THE best Chinese BBQ place in the Markham and Richmond Hill area. And probably Top 3 in GTA. The food is always good. I specially like the roasted pork and soy sauce chicken and the roasted duck. Make sure you ask for the portal belly when it is still available. This place is always and always busy. The lady who cut the meat is a bit slow, but she always spends more effort on trimming the extra fat and burnt off the meat so that the customers always get the best. Because this place is always busy with a long line, don't expect to get good service. You get your meat and you get out of there as quickly as possible so that you can eat the meat and lick on your oily fingers in the car. This is a MUST when you are in the area. Be prepared to wait 20mins to get your meat. ”
“ We have tried many Chinese BBQ places in the GTA. This small take out place is great, with excellent BBQ pork (less fat than other places, which we appreciate). Prices are a bit little higher but worth it. No wonder there are line ups. We added a side order of ginger green onion sauce for 5, very tasty! The 2 ladies behind the counter today are lovely. They take great care to prepare all orders, thank you! Will be back to try BBQ duck, roast pork and curry chicken. We don’t live in the area, but worth the drive to Richmond Hill ”
“ I have been coming here for over a decade! If you come here to grab lunch, be sure to expect a lineup. I wish they were open on Sunday's like before. The classic BBQ and Roast pork box with extra Ginger/Onion sauce is a fan favorite. The roast pork skin is so crispy! The duck and BBQ chicken are also excellent options if you don't want pork. ”
“ 11 for a small rice box (up to 2 kinds of meat) or 12 for a large. I probably should have spent the extra dollar for the large because it was so tasty! The roast pork had perfectly crunchy, crispy skin with juicy meat, not a single piece of meat was dry or grainy. The seasoning is also not too salty, you could really taste the pork. I asked for extra meat juice on my rice and a pack of mustard and those were complimentary. I also enjoyed their rice, it’s a short grain fluffy rice that was well steamed; not dry, wet or sticky. Brisk, efficient service though prepare to wait in line because two ladies run the whole show and it can take some time since all the meat is chopped to order. Cash only ”
